Our UV helmet printing service adds full-colour company branding to selected safety helmets. A clearly branded helmet helps identify your team and brings another part of your workwear programme into line with your company identity.
What is UV helmet printing?
UV printing uses specialist ink cured with ultraviolet light. For helmet branding, the printing process, ink and application need to suit the particular shell and approved printable area. It is a different process from the heat-applied DTF transfers used on clothing.
Choose protection before decoration
Start with the helmet required for the task, environment and site. Confirm the model, size or adjustment range and the accessories that will be used with it. Printing does not add protective performance or make an unsuitable helmet suitable for a job.
Check the exact helmet model
Not every helmet or surface can be printed in the same way. Shell material, shape, texture, vents and manufacturer restrictions all matter. We need the model details to confirm the available service. Do not apply paints, inks, stickers or adhesives unless the helmet manufacturer permits the specific method.
Logo positions and artwork
Send your company logo, the helmet model and colour, required quantity and preferred positions. The printable area must keep mandatory markings, inspection areas, vents and adjustment features usable. Curved surfaces and small print areas can limit fine detail, so we check the proposed design and provide artwork for approval.
Plan an order for your team
Include any names, job roles or other identifiers in your brief. A small replacement order and a larger team issue can have different production requirements. We will confirm suitable helmets, available positions, current pricing and lead time for your order before you proceed.
Inspect and care for branded helmets
Follow the helmet manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning, storage, inspection and replacement. Branding does not extend the helmet’s service life. Avoid unapproved solvents or cleaning products, and replace a helmet when its condition or the manufacturer’s instructions require it.
Common questions
Can you print on helmets we already own?
Please ask before sending any helmets. We need to check the exact model, condition and suitability for the printing process; acceptance is not automatic.
Can you print any logo in any position?
The helmet’s approved printable area and your artwork determine what is possible. We will confirm the design size and placement before production.
Does branding change the helmet’s certification?
Decoration must follow the manufacturer’s restrictions for the model. The logo itself is not a safety certification. Choose the required protection first and have the proposed process checked.
