A company logo can make a helmet easier to identify as part of your team’s kit. The helmet must first meet the requirements of the job, and any decoration needs to be suitable for that model.
Choose the helmet first
Confirm the required protection, fit, colour and accessories. Keep the manufacturer and model details with your order so the branding team can check the proposed decoration.
Check the marking method
Our helmet-printing service offers full-colour branding on suitable helmets. Do not assume that any ink, sticker, paint or adhesive can be applied to any shell. Follow the manufacturer’s restrictions and use an approved process for the product.
Prepare a clear brief
Send the logo, quantity, intended position and any individual names or role labels. Ask for confirmation of the printable area and check the artwork proof before production.
Confirm the order details
Discuss small quantities, replacement helmets and larger team orders with the team. Confirm current pricing, model availability and lead time for the actual job. Branding does not change the inspection or replacement instructions that apply to the helmet.
