Which branding method should I choose?
Print and embroidery suit different combinations of fabric, logo and use. Send the artwork and garment details so the team can advise. Waterproof and protective clothing need particular care: do not assume that every decoration method is suitable.
What artwork should I send?
Provide the clearest original logo file you have, along with any colour references, desired size and position. Include a checked list for individual names or roles. Review the proof carefully before approving production.
Can I order a small quantity?
Tell us the quantity required now and whether you expect repeat orders. Confirm the current options, price and any minimums for the actual garment and process. Old article prices are not a reliable guide to a new order.
How long will it take, and how do I wash it?
Agree the deadline before placing the order and allow time for artwork approval and stock checks. Follow the finished garment’s care instructions; fabric and decoration can both affect the wash requirements.
